Refund Policy

By using our website, services or products, the customer agrees with the following terms and conditions that applies  for Arco Iris Furniture, LLC and the partnership Bazar 2020, LLC

Partial payment Deposit:  Costumers can make deposit payment of  20% on items in cart and pay the remaining balance upon delivery. partial payments are subject to fees.  

 Return Policy:

Because our prices are so low, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Special order items, financed items, mattresses or other upholstered items . 

We replace  manufacture defects or damages that comes with the furniture.

Costumers must report any defects immediately by E-mail when they notice it and must attach clear pictures showing the damages.

Any complaint placed after 24 hours will not be considered.

Customers must stop assembling the furniture as soon as they notice any damage or defect and keep the furniture in the original packaging for proper removal and the furniture must remain unused.

Refund Policy:

For any cancellation requests, customer must contact us within 48 hours, from the original transaction date, in order to receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after 48 hours from the transaction date will be subject to 5% cancellation fee.

Customers who want to cancel their order after the payment was captured, will be responsible to pay the 5% cancellation fee. However, if the order was already prepared for delivery, customer will only receive 80% refund of the total amount.

If the customer wants to cancel the order due to merchant’s inability to meet the ETA, then a full refund will be issued.

Any form of payment refunded will be refunded to the original form of payment used during the purchase.

Customers will not receive a full refund if:

  • Customer receives wrong merchandise because they did not review their invoice to make sure they selected the correct merchandise.
  • The customer’s furniture does not fit properly because the customer did not accurately measure the dimensions of the furniture delivered.
  • Customer doesn’t like the color or the material quality of the purchased merchandise.

Deposits and delivery:

  1. A $100  to $250 deposit may be paid in advance to confirm the order or booking and to avoid unexpected cancellations. 
  2. All sales are subject to a 10% deposit of the total purchase amount.

This deposit will go towards your total amount.

We don't guarantee delivery and assemble at same day,  the driver will only drop off the goods, but if necessary assembly can be scheduled for another day  for extra fee (assembly fee varies depending on items to be assembled).

Note: We only deliver to Texas: Houston, San Antonio, Austin and surrounding areas., please ask about your zip code delivery options.

At Arco Iris Furniture our sales team will spend a lot of time and effort to be sure that the products you have ordered fit your needs. We do understand that certain circumstances require adjustments and/or cancellations.

 Please refer to the following situation that may apply for clarification:

- Stock Items - Delivered stock items may be exchanged  within 48 Hours from purchase date, the customer must save all the boxes, packaging items  and keep the furniture in the boxes if it is going to be returned or exchanged.  

- We can not be responsible for items that the customer bought by mistake, all customers must make sure the items are correct  including the attributes (size, color, material, box spring base on some beds or if it includes mattresses), the delivered furniture may look slightly different that the online pictures in terms of color (HUE, TINT, TONE AND SHADE, technologies used, filters, conditions the room were the picture was taken, light, material of the furniture,  etc).

Costumers are required to make sure and to read the descriptions of the advertised item, for example if the picture of the bed set includes the mattress, if it requires box spring, or if the sofa set includes the coffee tables or pillows swooned on the advertised picture.

A 10% fee from your total invoice on financed items pickup/delivery  may apply. Returns may be denied, or charges incurred if the furniture is exchanged in a different condition than was delivered (i.e., scratches, smoke, pets hair, defect, missing parts, dirty, missing packing boxes …).  

For health and safety reasons, upholstered items and bedding cannot be returned.

-  Arco Iris Furniture cannot be held responsible for damages caused by furniture to your home. Should there be a manufacture defect to your furniture after pick up, please email pictures to Customer service at arcoirisfurniture@gmail.com immediately for review.
